Can’t say enough good things about them. Great communication throughout the whole process. Chelsey made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Devon came and did the set up and takedown & was super helpful and communicative on times for both. We will definitely rent from them again. Our kiddo had the best birthday!

We had 2 water slides and 2 inflatable games set up for a VBS party, and they were so great! The setup and logistical process was very clear, the communication was top-notch, and the equipment was up and running very quickly and without incident. We would definitely recommend and thank them so much for their quality of service! 😊

This company is awesome! Initially, I had reserved with another local company, they failed to respond to the reservation in a timely manner. So I reached out to NEA Bounce & they worked everything out so quickly and efficiently! I will only use NEA Bounce for future events! The crew, Devon & Savannah, did a great job of putting it up & taking it down & communicated effectively!

I’ve rented inflatable slides for years and I have to say NEA bounce has been the best company I’ve used. I will definitely use them again! Communication was top-notch. I was informed of when they were coming what I needed to have ready when they were coming to pick it up Not only did they communicate they showed up when they said they would slide was in good quality no rips no tears. Staff was friendly set up the inflatable exactly where I wanted it.

We rented a bounce house slide combo for a day and ended up getting to keep it for the weekend due to weather and a training event the company had going on. We love renting from NEA Bounce! The experience from start to finish is so quick and easy. Including the setup and tear down which they handle 100%! My son had a weekend full of fun going down the water slide hundreds of times it seemed! LOL Highly recommend! A+++
